As co-founder of DSW, David has over 10 years’ worth of experience in the water treatment and hygiene industry. He has worked in many roles during an exciting career including; Engineer, Team Leader, Risk Assessor, National Account Manager and Sales Manager. This experience has given David a broad knowledge base with engineering and commercial awareness, to assist DSW’s important client base.
David is a proud member of the Water Management Society and IHEEM. He holds various qualifications in the following areas; Legionella risk assessing, swimming pool management, cooling towers, steam boilers and microbiological control in healthcare premises.

Simon, co-founder of DSW, has to date invested fifteen years in the water storage, treatment and engineering industry. Starting his career in the industry as a labourer, building sectional cold water storage tanks, Simon has managed large, high profile projects throughout the UK and the rest of the world including Africa and Europe.
Simon’s high professional standards, personal attention to detail and the high value he places on quality customer relationships, have already earned him the trust of many of the leading water storage and treatment companies, to project manage from start to finish.
Simon also has vast experience in training large teams of engineers. Using this experience, Simon takes responsibility in ensuring that all of DSW’s engineers work to high standards at all times and have a can-do attitude.
“The reason I decided to co-found DSW is that over the 15 years of working within the water industry, I have developed a skill set that I want to benefit all of our customers.

Following completion of her degree in Biology, Louise has spent the last 5 years gaining experience in the conservation and environmental sectors. Having worked on projects across the world, including Africa, Central and South America, she has gained valuable experience in project management and building strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders. This is complemented by several years’ experience working in the finance department of a large, successful UK-based retail company, where she managed multiple international accounts.
This skill set has bought Louise to us as our office manager, and she is now responsible for the day to day running of all office-based operations, including managing our extensive customer accounts, acting as a port of call for all customers on a daily basis, and providing assistance in the organisation and smooth running of all our projects, to provide the highest standard of customer support possible.

Customer Account Manager
Following the completion of her degree in Leisure Management, Lynne spent 12 years managing leisure centres and private health clubs before spending the next 5 years as Leisure Client Manager for a London Borough Local Authority. After the birth of her 3rd child Lynne took some time out to be a stay at home mum before joining DSW in 2019, starting out working part time, she now works full time as Customer Account Manager.
Lynne is responsible for managing our extensive customer accounts, acting as a port of call for all customers on a daily basis and providing assistance in the organisation and smooth running of all our projects, to provide the highest standard of customer support possible.
